Cadets must achieve the following learning objectives:
1. Demonstrate Understanding of Aperture Control
2. Demonstrate Understanding of Shutter Speed
Explain how shutter speed affects motion capture.
Apply fast shutter speed settings to freeze motion, producing sharp, blur-free images of subjects in mid-air.
3. Apply Camera Settings Independently
Adjust and manipulate basic camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, and focus) without guidance.
Produce technically sound photographs that reflect intentional control of camera functions.
4. Collaborate in a Creative Photography Task
Work effectively in small groups to conceptualise and capture photographs based on thematic prompts (e.g., Photography Bingo).
Apply photography techniques creatively under time constraints to meet specific category requirements.
5. Organise and Present Photographic Work
Upload and label photographs appropriately according to assessment requirements.
Present photographic outputs clearly for assessment, demonstrating both technical skills and visual creativity.
